CUSTOMER SCOPE, RESPONSIBILITIES & EXCLUSIONS
Customer Scope
- Site survey & system design
- Rooftop/site assessment
- Supply and installation of selected solar modules
- Panel interconnection
- Inverter supply, installation and commissioning
- Battery connection where applicable
- GI/Aluminium/Monorail structure as specified
- DC/AC cabling within defined installation scope
- Protection devices, earthing, testing and commissioning
- Warranty documents and basic operating guidance
Customer Responsibilities
- Provide safe site access and electricity documents.
- Provide suitable inverter/battery space.
- Ensure structural strength of existing roof/building.
- Make payments according to the agreed schedule.
Exclusions
- Major civil/structural work
- Roof repair or waterproofing
- Major electrical load enhancement
- Government/DISCOM fees unless quoted
- Crane/lifting and unusual long-distance transport
- Additional work requested after installation
Important: Net-metering/final approval remains subject to the concerned DISCOM/authority. Warranty is as per manufacturer terms.
